Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

2. Returns  
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:  
- The item must be unused and in original condition  
- The item must be in original packaging  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Damaged or Defective Items  
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

We will offer:  
- A replacement at no cost, or  
- A full refund (no return required in most cases)

4. Non-Returnable Items  
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used (e.g., personal care products).

5. Refunds  
Once your request is approved:  
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days  
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method  

6. Late or Missing Refunds
